As your everyday tech support, our goal is to make your workday as routine and smooth as possible. This application serves as a central hub for CRUS staff to access their CRUS Applications in a quick and simple manner. The Files tab above provides a list of tutorials for different office tasks that typically require the help of a CRUSIT technician. For other means of help, you can submit a ticket to a CRUSIT technician directly from this application.

Who is CRUS?
Campus Recreation, Unions, and Stores
CRUS is a collection of UC Davis departments falling under either Campus Recreation, Unions, or Stores. All together CRUS is comprised of a total of 7 departments - Campus Recreation, Student Affairs Divisional Resourses, Student Affairs Operations and Events, Memorial Union, CRUSIT, Marketing, the Center for Student Involvment, and Campus Stores . We at CRUSIT consist of eight student technicians and four career staff. We provide technical support and maintenance to all of the above departments to ensure everything operates correctly.

A CRUS Applications Hub
This application serves as a central hub for CRUS staff to access their CRUS applications in a quick and simple manner. We want this to become an active site for staff to use everyday. The backend of this application simply pulls all users and permissions from our other application and compiles that into one master list. For us at CRUSIT, we can now manage all users of our applications from a single area. For a new staff members, the onboarding form submitted by their supervisor will grant them access to the CRUS system.
